Okay, this is super belated! A few weekends ago, we went to Colonial Williamsburg. We drove up on Friday and back on Monday, so it wasn’t that long of a trip. We had fun, though! I really enjoy history, and it was super interesting! I think my favorite part of the trip was the tour we had through the capital house.

We had originally planned to go in May, but life happened and we didn’t get to go until September, which was actually probably better than May anyway. I really don’t think about it, but it’s hot when you get out of the mountains! Hope I can go back someday…the word for Williamsburg is charming. And that’s what it was! It was very very charming.

Wow, I’m sure this was a very educational trip! I’m studying the colonial period in US History right now, so towns like Williamsburg really pique my interest. I’m glad you were able to go and I love the pics!
